Share your views on cycling in Westminster

Westminster City Council has launched a public consultation on its draft Westminster Cycling Strategy and are seeking your views.

Cycling is rapidly growing in popularity, particularly in London, but also across the country. As more and more people choose to cycle for work or leisure it is right that Westminster can to make it safer and even more attractive as a way of getting around. Westminster has a strong track record of delivering improvements for cyclists over the past few years, but is planning to do more as a city to support cycling. Issues such as narrow streets etc... means getting the correct balance between all road users proves to be very difficult and that making changes will take time.
The strategy documents can be viewed online at www.westminster.gov.uk/cyclingstrategy and there is also an online questionnaire to fill in. Hard copies of these documents will also be made available in Westminster libraries.
Questionnaires should be completed by no later than Monday 20 January 2014, when the consultation will close. Make sure you make your comments known as every completed questionnaire will be carefully considered.
