Do you support a ban on single-use plastic?

I have long campaigned for action to be taken to reduce single-use plastics, particularly bottles and straws which can cause pollution and environmental damage for decades to come.

I have been a vocal champion for increasing the number of drinking fountains in the West End, where members of the public can fill up reusable bottles for free and we now have drinking fountains in Ham Yard and Rathbone Square.

It’s fantastic that the government and the Water industry are starting to take action to curb usage of single use-plastics.
Their target to eliminate the use of all single-use plastic within the next 25 years is crucial in protecting our environment. Westminster Conservatives back the government’s plans and want to work to make them a reality.
